Using Peppol helps ensure:<\/p>\n Legal compliance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Faster processing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fewer errors or disputes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Accountable is a certified Peppol access point<\/b>, which means you can send and receive Peppol invoices directly from the app, without any third-party tools.<\/p>\n However, there are a few steps you need to take:<\/p>\n \n You need to verify your identity<\/b> and confirm your company details. This is a legal requirement to prevent fraud on the Peppol network.<\/p>\n In Accountable, go to More > Settings > Peppol<\/a><\/b> <\/a>and follow the steps:<\/p>\n Fill in your enterprise number (if not already provided)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Upload a valid proof of identity (eID or passport)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Wait for confirmation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Once verified, your business is officially registered on the Peppol network.<\/p>\n \n Click here<\/a> for more detailed information regarding the registration process<\/p>\n Did you know that since Accountable is a certified Peppol access point, your subscription fee is 120% deductible<\/b> ? Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n Go to Revenue<\/b> in your Accountable app.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Click Import invoice<\/b> to bring in your own invoice file (PDF).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fill in the required details (client, amounts, invoice date, etc.), then mark the invoice as “Not sent\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n When you are ready, choose \u201cSave and prepare to send\u201d<\/b> and then make sure “Send the invoice via Peppol” is selected. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Please ensure your client is registered on the Peppol network, or else the Peppol option won\u2019t work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n This allows you to continue using your existing invoices, even if they weren\u2019t created within Accountable, while still benefiting from Peppol delivery. <\/p>\n \n\n
