Mistakes can happen, and luckily, they can be fixed. This guide walks you through some of the most common PEPPOL registration errors, including the &#8220;In Progress&#8221; status and &#8220;Data Does Not Match&#8221; error, and explains how to solve them quickly.<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e8e8e880; border-color: #73737633;\">\n<p class=\"intercom-align-center no-margin\">\u26a0\ufe0f You can register with PEPPOL through Accountable at any time. However, if you encounter errors during the registration process, use this guide to troubleshoot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<h1 id=\"h_a0757b954c\">1. &#8220;Pending&#8221; status<\/h1>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/downloads.intercomcdn.com\/i\/o\/c9wnmh12\/1625291576\/daea3f6e1b61f1f6b6d0328a1ef6\/Capture-2Bd-E2-80-99e-CC-81cran-2B2025-02-14-2Ba-CC-80-2B11_34_51.png?expires=1774874700&amp;signature=0ef147bcc3ab695b32423ee826c20d4167eadb06d3e739eaa869f2c5da1f78a4&amp;req=dSYlE8t3nIRYX%2FMW1HO4zSplOwuVpwRbeCI3CdbzgnAji%2BuKShJ0jlZduv6p%0Aum9%2F%0A\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">This means your registration has been processed but hasn\u2019t been finalized yet. Possible reasons include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>You haven\u2019t completed the KYC process yet.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\u27a1\ufe0f Start the verification process (again) in Accountable by navigating to  <b>&#8216;Settings&#8217;&gt; Peppol <\/b> and following the steps. (NB: Make sure to take a picture of your document, not a screenshot or a picture of a picture)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>The system is still verifying if you&#8217;re already registered on PEPPOL via another access point.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\u27a1\ufe0f If you\u2019re already registered on PEPPOL through another platform (e.g., Odoo, Codabox, Winauditor, Octopus, etc.), <b>you\u2019ll need to remove your Peppol registration on that platform first<\/b>. Once that&#8217;s done, Accountable will become your unique access point to PEPPOL, <b>and the &#8220;Pending&#8221; status will no longer block your registration and will move to &#8220;Active&#8221;. <\/b> It takes up to 24 hours for the Peppol registration to become active via Accountable after that. <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">The system will attempt to resolve this automatically within <b>7 days<\/b>.
