What is Peppol ?<\/h1>\n

Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) is a secure network that allows businesses and public administrations across Europe to exchange electronic documents, like invoices, in a standardized way.<\/p>\n

How to use Peppol with Accountable<\/h1>\n

1. Register for Peppol with Accountable<\/h2>\n

To send invoices via Peppol, you first need to register.<\/p>\n

Click on Register <\/i>to be be redirected to the registration form and follow the steps above.<\/p>\n

2. Create and send an invoice via Peppol<\/h2>\n

Once registered, sending an invoice via Peppol is easy:<\/p>\n

    Go to Revenue<\/b> in your Accountable app.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Click Create an invoice<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Fill in the required details and click Continue<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Click Save and prepare to send<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Activate Send via Peppol<\/b> by toggling the Peppol option.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    That\u2019s it, your invoice will be sent securely through the Peppol network.<\/p>\n

    3. Check that the invoice has been sent via Peppol<\/h2>\n

    After sending, you can track the invoice status directly in your Accountable app.<\/p>\n

    If it has been successfully delivered via Peppol, this will be clearly indicated in the invoice history. <\/p>\n

    Unsubscription is immediate.
