Airbnb’s taxation depends on how often you rent out your property<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Add the amount to your income tax submission under “miscellaneous income”. These are taxed separately at 33%.<\/p>\n

On your income tax return, add your Airbnb income as income from movable and immovable property.<\/p>\n

Do you earn more regular income and\/or provide services? Don’t forget to charge 21% VAT. Your income is professional and must therefore be entered in the Accountable app. At the end of the year, this income will be included in Part 2 of your income tax return.<\/p>\n
