This statement lists the transactions that you have made during the past quarter to customers identified for VAT in another Member State of the European Union.<\/b><\/p>\n

When to submit the intra-EU client listing ?<\/h2>\n

As you file quarterly VAT returns, you also file a quarterly intra-EU listing.<\/p>\n

How to proceed?<\/h2>\n

  1. \n

    Export the intra-EU listing from the app. Go to the Taxes screen > click on the quarter > click on Intra-EU listing > Export listing -> you will receive the file via email<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Login on Intervat<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Search or drag your file on the screen:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/div>\n

    4. Validate the data: <\/p>\n

    <\/div>\n

    5. Click on \u201cNext step”:<\/p>\n

    <\/div>\n

    6. Sign:<\/p>\n

    <\/div>\n

    7. Finally, the status will be set to “success”:<\/p>\n

    <\/div>\n

    The App will automatically mark the intra-EU client listing as submitted right after the export is sent to your email.<\/b><\/p>\n
