The declaration is included in the same tax return that you would fill in as an employee. Actually, there is only one income tax return for all your sources of income (self-employed, employee, and other private income such as real-estate or stocks) and deductions (business expenses as self-employed, health insurance, donations, etc).<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">You declare and pay taxes on the previous fiscal year. For example, your 2024 income has to be declared in October 2025, and paid between October 2025 and April 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">You can do everything online yourself, via the official website <b>Tax-on-web<\/b>, until the 16th of October 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">There are 2 parts on your tax return:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Part 1 includes all your personal revenues <\/b>(as an employee, or income from real-estate activities) and deductible expenses (e.g. donations). Receiving this document can vary from Autumn of the same year to Spring of the next year. The payment of the income tax is also done via MyMinfin. <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Do it in an easy way &#8211; pay <b>online via MyMinfin<\/b>. You will pay automatically on the correct bank account number, with the specific reference.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><a class=\"intercom-h2b-button\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/idp.iamfas.belgium.be\/fasui\/s2441fb706d81ca01136742cd2d2ca6d8004ace3c4\">Pay online with MyMinFin.be<\/a><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<h2 id=\"h_0f07e70b93\">Other means of payment:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">You can also pay<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">by <b>bank transfer<\/b> (with the correct specific reference) to the bank account number indicated on the tax assessment notice (also called \u201ctax calculation\u201d or \u201ccalculation note\u201d), the payment advice, or the reminder;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">with a <b>bank card<\/b> in one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.belgium.be\/en\/contact\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">infocenters<\/a> of the FPS Finance (Bancontact &#8211; Mister Cash);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">to the <b>debt collector<\/b> when they have initiated proceedings (warning: there are additional costs in this case).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Warning: You can no longer pay in cash or with a (foreign) cheque.<\/b> If you don&#8217;t live in Belgium and don&#8217;t have access to MyMinfin, you are advised to pay by a <a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/youreurope\/citizens\/consumers\/financial-products-and-services\/payments-transfers-cheques\/index_fr.htm\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">free SEPA bank transfer.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Always use the <b>specific reference<\/b> you will find on your tax assessment notice, the payment advice, or the reminder.
