Until recently, companies benefiting from this regime did not always have to submit an annual client listing when it was nil, meaning they had no clients to declare.<\/p>\n

\n

\n

\ud83d\udea8 Starting in 2026, this changes: even if your client listing is empty, you must now submit a \u201cnil\u201d listing via Intervat.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Companies under this regime must also communicate their total turnover realized in Belgium during the previous calendar year.<\/p>\n

\n

\ud83d\udcc5 For operations carried out in 2025, the filing deadline is set for March 31, 2026.<\/p>\n

An annual client listing only concerns B2B clients with a Belgian VAT number to whom you invoiced more than \u20ac250 excluding VAT during the year.<\/p>\n

\n

\u26a0\ufe0f If you therefore have no such clients, your listing is \u201cnil\u201d. You must nevertheless submit it via Intervat and indicate your annual turnover (or \u20ac0 if you carried out no operations).<\/p>\n

How to submit a nil client listing on Intervat as a franchisee?<\/h1>\n

\n

Step 1: Download the Excel file from Accountable \ud83d\udce5<\/h2>\n

    Open Accountable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/div>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Go to the Taxes section<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Select the income year:
      For example, the annual client listing for income from 2025 must be submitted no later than March 31, 2026, but it will appear under the year 2025 in the Taxes screen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Open the Client listing section<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Select “Email your client listing” & download the Excel file<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Step 2: Log in to Intervat \ud83d\udd10<\/h2>\n

            Sign in using Itsme, eID, or another Belgian authentication method<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Select your business profile if prompted<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Intervat automatically checks the file<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    Wait for the validation result<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    If there are errors, correct them and upload the file again<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
