The purchase invoice will <b>automatically appear in your expenses list<\/b> on mobile and web. You can recognise it by the <b>small Peppol icon<\/b> shown next to the expense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">When you open this expense <b>for the first time on mobile<\/b>, we\u2019ll ask whether you want to <b>create a new expense<\/b>. From there, you can either <b>download the PDF directly<\/b> by clicking the <b>download button in the top right corner<\/b>, or choose to <b>create the expense first<\/b>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/downloads.intercomcdn.com\/i\/o\/c9wnmh12\/1908399257\/87cc480f8e34d35ae9b780bd4211\/No+potential+match+%281%29.png?expires=1774874700&amp;signature=dfb413057e3e98bbd775e9057a2f03bc3553f460720e6e7c683d1eaa948ae210&amp;req=dSknHsp3lINaXvMW1HO4zYptkdzrd1wxt4QJyLxeMlb0PlUAqAXHAbyofxdw%0AxyLw%0A\" width=\"200\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Once the expense has been created, there are <b>two ways to download the invoice<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Click the <b>three-dot menu<\/b> in the <b>top right corner<\/b> of the expense form; or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Click the <b>document icon<\/b> in the <b>top right corner<\/b> of the expense form, then tap the <b>share icon<\/b> that appears underneath the document.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/downloads.intercomcdn.com\/i\/o\/c9wnmh12\/1908394438\/dbe3b02d1123572f0ccc6cad4bef\/ezgif-456352ae51809fc1.gif?expires=1774874700&amp;signature=1ee264dea5625ac465e05fa10c3611d2f3ad529c7bfc5e02d1a1eca53435f80e&amp;req=dSknHsp3mYVcUfMW1HO4zVwKLJblgU9Eh4tbhg6ErUmAE7B3HLNX27lL%2B2SZ%0AZNqG%0A\" width=\"200\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">If you want to download the invoice <b>on web<\/b>, simply click on the expense in your <b>expenses list<\/b> and then select the <b>Download button<\/b> at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<h2 id=\"h_8621249e0d\">No PDF attached to your Peppol invoice?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">When sending invoices via Peppol, attaching a PDF file is not mandatory. The structured XML file is legally sufficient.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Some software providers (such as Accountable) automatically include a PDF version in addition to the Peppol invoice. However, this is not the case for all providers.
