Kudos \ud83d\udc4f<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Our Tax Coaches are not available during weekends; however, if you have any urgent questions, don&#8217;t hesitate to reach out via the messaging system at any time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_c2b1bbb688\">1- Automated handling of your questions<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">By default, our automated system will search among all our available resources and provide you with the clearest answer possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Here&#8217;s what we use as data sources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Articles from our Blog<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">All the content from our detailed Help Center<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Specific answers, prepared with care by our Tax Coaches<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">The Tax office website<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">In order to process your questions and provide the most accurate answer, our tool will send your question to a language AI model via our Intercom provider. You can find the detailed list of our Intercom tool data processors <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intercom.com\/legal\/security-third-parties\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link font-inter\">here<\/a>, and also refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link font-inter\">Accountable&#8217;s Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">The information you share is subject to strict confidentiality and data protection rules. If you do not wish to submit confidential data, you can just wait until Monday to ask your questions or request to speak to your Tax Coach, and the automated messenger will stop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_4ffb3885b9\">2- Waiting for your Tax Coach to get back to you<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">If these answers are not acceptable for you, or you prefer to wait until Monday to talk to a Tax Coach directly, just make it known in the messenger.
