You take a photo, and we extract the key details to create the expense.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_a4c5c73869\"><b>What information does Accountable extract from the scan?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">We extract the date, the merchant, and the relevant amounts (like the total and the VAT) \u2014 as much as we can. Based on that info, we\u2019ll also suggest the right accounting category. If no category is suggested, it means the app couldn&#8217;t identify what kind of expense it is from the receipt \u2014 in that case, you\u2019ll need to choose a category manually. Please review the details before saving the expense. <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_091ae9a9fb\"><b>Can I scan multiple photos\/receipts for one expense?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Yes, absolutely.
