Step by step instruction to connect your bank account<\/h1>\n

1) Go to the blue “bank” screen<\/h2>\n

From the blue “Bank Account” screen, select your bank under “Connect your bank account” and click on “search for more banks”<\/p>\n

2) Follow the instructions from your bank<\/h2>\n

From there, the exact procedure<\/p>\n

– might differ from bank to bank. Indeed, the market for bank connectors is gradually maturing but no standard has yet emerged.<\/p>\n

For most banks, the process is based on the information you use to log in their mobile applications. You’ll be connected instantly.<\/p>\n

\n

3) What happens once I connect my account?<\/h2>\n

You will start receiving transactions from your professional bank account into the ‘Bank’ screen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n

You will then be able to add expenses, which is an important experience of Accountable.<\/p>\n

\n

For some banks, we will also be able to import a short history. Our ability to go back in time actually depends on the connector made available by the bank.<\/i><\/p>\n

\n

What if my bank is not yet supported?<\/h1>\n

It’s OK, we are working towards 100% coverage in terms of banks in Belgium. Besides, the app works also without having a bank account connected.<\/p>\n

Please let us know which bank you want to connect to in the app and we will be in touch as soon as the connector is ready.
