Depending on where you subscribed, the steps differ.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf10 You subscribed on our website<\/b><\/h2>\n

Your invoice is already waiting in your app, ready to deduct.<\/p>\n

\n

\ud83d\udca1 Nothing to do on your end.<\/b> Your subscription is paid automatically via your payment method (card, PayPal or direct debit). So there’s nothing to transfer and no account number on the invoice. If you’ve received your invoice, it’s already paid, unless we tell you otherwise.<\/p>\n

If you pay by direct debit (SEPA), confirmation can take a few days: your invoice only arrives once the payment is confirmed. More in our article on the SEPA payment time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddea In Belgium? If you’re registered for Peppol through Accountable, your subscription invoice arrives directly in the app. Otherwise, it’s sent via Peppol to the invoicing software you use (your other program).<\/i><\/p>\n

\n

\ud83c\udf4f You paid via Apple<\/b><\/h2>\n

You won’t be able to get an invoice or recover the VAT on this expense. We recommend subscribing through our website next time, but remember to cancel your Apple subscription so it doesn’t auto-renew. If you’re still within the deadline, you can cancel your Apple subscription, get a refund, then subscribe on our website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u25b6\ufe0f You paid via Google Play<\/b><\/h2>\n

You’ll find the link in your Google payments list<\/a>. You can request each month’s invoice during the first days of the following month. Processing can take up to 24 hours.<\/p>\n

    Log in to the Settings page.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Check that you’ve entered your tax identification number. If not, enter it now.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Click Activity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Click the transaction you want an invoice for.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    At the bottom of the transaction details, click Download invoice with VAT. You may be asked for some details, like your full address or tax identification number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Click Save: a link to download your invoice appears.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
