In a GbR, two or more individuals pool their resources and skills to operate a business. These individuals are called Gesellschafter, and each must contribute a certain amount of money towards the formation of the business. The Gesellschafter share the profits and losses of the business in a predetermined ratio. This agreement is known as the Gesellschaftsvertrag and is a legally binding contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">The GbR is obligated to have certain administrative duties such as filing annual financial statements and declaring taxes. These taxes include <b>corporation tax, VAT, trade tax, and income tax<\/b>.<br \/>\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_f757b173bd\">How to use Accountable?<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Accountable can be used for your GbR.
