Accountable offers two options for sending e-invoices. One is XRechnung + ZUGFeRD and the other is PEPPOL.<\/p>\n

\n

How to send XRechnungen<\/h1>\n

To send XRechnungen or ZUGFeRD invoices, you can write your invoices as usual in Accountable. If you have not yet written an invoice with Accountable, take a look at this guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n

Once you have written your invoice, you have 2 options to continue:<\/p>\n

\n

Option 1: Save + download XRechnung or ZUGFeRD e-invoice<\/h2>\n

1) Click on \u201cContinue\u201d in the top right corner<\/p>\n

2) Select \u201cSave & download XRechnung\u201d or \u201cSave & download ZUGFeRD\u201d<\/p>\n

You have now successfully downloaded your XRechnung\/ZUGFeRD and can send it.<\/p>\n

\n

Option 2: Send XRechnung\/ZUGFeRD e-invoice directly from Accountable<\/h2>\n

1) Click on \u201cContinue\u201d in the top right corner<\/p>\n

2) Select \u201cSave & prepare to send”<\/p>\n

The following window will now open:<\/p>\n

3) Enter the recipient (and adjust the text if necessary) <\/p>\n

\n

4) The ZUGFeRD e-invoice is automatically attached. In case you want to send the XRechnung, you can also easily add that one with one click on the “paper clip symbol” and select “add XRechnung”. <\/p>\n

\n

5) Now you can either way send both e-invoices or delete the one you don’t need. And with one click on \u201cSend invoice\u201d you e-inovice will be sent.<\/p>\n

Sending e-invoices via PEPPOL<\/h1>\n

To register with PEPPOL and send e-invoices via PEPPOL, please go to Account -> Settings -> E-invoicing<\/i> in the web version. Follow the instructions in the app. <\/p>\n

How to send externally written invoices (as e-invoices) with Accountable<\/h1>\n

You can of course also send invoices that you have written externally with Accountable in e-invoice format. This works as follows:<\/p>\n

1) Click on Import invoice<\/p>\n

2) Upload your invoice<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

\n

3) Click on \u201cReview now\u201d)<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

\n

4) Mark the invoice as \u201cnot sent\u201d and check the encoded data<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

\n

5) Click on the letter symbol here to \u201cSend invoice\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

\n

6) Enter the recipient (and adjust the text if necessary) Now all you have to do is click on \u201cSend invoice\u201d (the X invoice is automatically attached)<\/p>\n
