It’s possible to setup email reminders when your invoices are overdue.<\/p>\n

1- Manual reminder<\/h1>\n

From the Revenues page, in the list, you will find the quick action “Send reminder” when hovering an overdue invoice.<\/p>\n

2- Automated reminder<\/h1>\n

From the Settings page, select “Invoice reminders”.<\/p>\n

\n

It’s possible to pick the number of days after the invoice becomes overdue, to send the email automatically (you can send several reminders).<\/p>\n

\n

You can also edit the email template, and add variable information such as invoice number, client name, invoice amount, invoice due date.<\/p>\n
