Step 1: Log in to Accountable<\/h1>\n

To unblock your card, log in to Accountable, either the app or the web version.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Unblock your card<\/h1>\n

  1. \n

    Go to Settings<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Go to Bank settings<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Select your card<\/b> (physical or virtual, depending on which one is blocked).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Tap Unblock<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Your card will now be unblocked.<\/p>\n

    Step 3: Reactivate your card at an ATM (physical card only)<\/h1>\n

    To complete the process for a physical card:<\/p>\n

      Insert your card into any ATM<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Enter your correct PIN<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You don’t need to withdraw money, entering the PIN is enough to reactivate your card.<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Your virtual card can still be used for online payments<\/b> while the physical card is blocked.<\/p>\n
