However, <b>your data remains safely stored<\/b>.  Here\u2019s everything you need to know:<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_ae909e3348\"><b>Will my data be preserved?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Yes. <\/b>\u2705<br \/>All receipts, invoices, bookings, and tax documents will remain in your account &#8211; even after cancellation. You will <b>not lose any data<\/b>, and nothing is deleted automatically.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_7764296067\"><b>Can I still export my data after canceling?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Yes, anytime.<\/b><br \/>Even without an active subscription, you can still:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Export your data (Excel export)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Download your receipts (original document export)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Back up your accounting data<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Access invoices and other documents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Exports remain available so that you can comply with your tax retention obligations at any time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Exception:<\/b> BWA export, DATEV export, PDF export &amp; asset export are not available in the free version.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_ef78a4b3ca\"><b>Do I need to export my data before canceling?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>No, not necessarily.<\/b><br \/>You can export your data <b>before or after cancellation<\/b>.<br \/>There\u2019s no deadline by which you must save your data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_eb815ab948\"><b>Can I still access my account after canceling?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Yes.<\/b><br \/>You can continue to log in with your existing credentials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>What changes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">No access to the web version<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">You can no longer submit tax returns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Premium features are no longer available<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>But:<\/b> The simplified accounting mode and export functions remain accessible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_e5b5a2af47\"><b>Can I upgrade again later?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Yes.<\/b><br \/>You can reactivate your subscription at any time. All data and settings will be preserved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_958f88d8ab\">How can I delete my account + my data after cancelling my Accountable subscription?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">If you permanently want to delete your data you can delete your account and all your data directly in your app settings <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Go to the main menu,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">click on settings <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">and choose delete account. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">You will then receive a confirmation email (for security reasons).
