Each city may have a specific version of this form. For example, see <a href=\"https:\/\/dienstleistungsplattform.hessen.de\/irj\/go\/km\/docs\/eusd\/webcontent\/Formulare\/GewABmeldung.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link font-inter\">this one from Hessen<\/a>.
