We use Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), a form of <b>multi-factor authentication<\/b>, to make sure these actions are secure, by sending you a confirmation code via SMS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">In case you lost your phone or would like to change your phone number for any other reason, please contact the Accountable with the following details:<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_9679e35b4c\"><b>Change request details<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Phone number details<\/b>: provide both your old and new phone numbers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Photo:<\/b> attach a photo of yourself holding your identification document <b>near your face<\/b> for verification purposes.
