It grants an organization the right to pursue activities in Belgium that are deemed to be \u201cin the public interest\u201d as outlined in the law. An ASBL in Belgium is typically managed by a governing board which is elected by the membership.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Creating an ASBL requires the submission of a variety of documents with the applicable registry, including a list of the governing board members. It is wise to consult with a lawyer when taking the steps to create an ASBL.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_781aeb7d81\">Can I use Accountable in this case?<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Accountable can be used for your ASBL\/VZW. However, there are a few limitations for this use case. As a VZW, you have 2 tax obligations and the app can help you with the following:<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_c561b0d3b7\"><b>1- Accounting<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Invoicing and accounting -&gt; Accountable can work for a small or micro VZW (&lt; 5 workers, less than 334.500\u20ac turnover), as you are only expected  to have a simplified accounting.
