Is that easy?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_5366ff3208\">How can you do your taxes with accountable?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">All you need to do is to upload your expenses and revenues in the application\/web either by scanning or manually inputting them. Also, you need to add\/sell your assets on accountable app to account for amortisation\/depreciation and client listings for your Intra EU and Extra EU transactions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">We will take care of the rest. Based on this data, we will create VAT returns, Income Tax Submissions, Amortisation table and final client listings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">These you can export in different formats and upload into the relevant submission website of the tax administration. For example: VAT submission on <a href=\"https:\/\/financien.belgium.be\/nl\/E-services\/Intervat\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link font-inter\">Intervat<\/a> and Income Tax (Profit and Loss statement) declaration on <a href=\"https:\/\/financien.belgium.be\/nl\/E-services\/Tax-on-web\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link font-inter\">tax on web<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_8c34d13498\">Is that easy?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">As explained previously, you need to scan all the documentation over a period of time. It takes seconds for the app to compute your data. <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">If you are unable to understand how and where to encode your transactions in the app\/web, whether you can look it up in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/knowledge\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link font-inter\">knowledge centre<\/a> or you can ask our quick and super friendly Customer Success Representative through the chat box.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">If you still would like to seek an advice from an accounting professional over a certain matter, you can request our On-demand Service, considering which we can connect you to an accountant of your particular region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_980b7ad3fa\">Why prefer accountable over an accountant?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Two reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">You get control and autonomy over your accounting with ease of using the application<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">It is by far, a cheaper solution: An accountant takes on average 1200 -2000 euros per annum whereas with Accountable Pro offering, you pay 240 euros per annum.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_e1f569e136\">Is Accountable suitable for complementary self-employed or students self-employed?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Yes! The app can be completely tailored to your status. The only thing you\u2019ll have to do, is tell us what your status is and we will do the rest.<\/p>\n<p>The app takes into account whatever amounts, ceilings and thresholds are applicable to you and warns you when you might need to do something.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_e438b75062\">Is Accountable available for companies?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Yes of course! You can use Accountable to create invoices, manage your professional expenses and connect your bank account(s). This will give you a complete overview of your finances and help you make better decisions for your company.<\/p>\n<p>The app can also generate your VAT returns and tell you how much you will need to set side for this. We unfortunately do not cover company tax yet, though.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the quarter, you can share all of your documents, already encoded, with your accountant so that they can concentrate on giving you great advice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_77b6fae05f\">Is Accountable suitable for special tax regimes?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Special regimes such as Margin scheme are not supported at the moment.
