This way you have a better view on how you&#8217;re money comes and goes \ud83d\udcb8<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left font-inter\">Every time you pay something with your bank card, it will automatically create an &#8220;expense to validate&#8221; in your &#8216;Expenses&#8217; screen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left font-inter\">By <i>swiping<\/i> the bank transaction to the left, you&#8217;ll be able to click on either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Attach: to match the bank transaction to the right expense\/invoice<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Validate: to add the receipt\/invoice (mandatory if you want to recover the VAT)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/downloads.intercomcdn.com\/i\/o\/194723750\/92879b0e80d312e91d013a2a\/Bank+screen+swipe.png?expires=1787378400&amp;signature=3dd9856639360343d494061c26bf29c0a73663891717b149426184fb27028beb&amp;req=dSkjEct9moRfFb4V1XW4gTAXcYt4XvisNZ3RKDJTsha24Wk7HBJDstvReo4t%0Akn87l%2FeU8B1NG2v9mgi1zRkTLQ%3D%3D%0A\" width=\"1495\" height=\"1090\" style=\"height: auto\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left font-inter\">You can also do it the other way around: click on your expense &amp; link it to the right bank transaction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left font-inter\"><b>How to unlink my bank transactions?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To unlink your bank transaction from a document, you can click on it which make the details of your transaction appear. Then undo it by clicking on the little cross under &#8216;Matched with&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left font-inter\"><b>I don&#8217;t have a document for this transaction!<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left font-inter\">Does your transaction concerns a private expense, a loan, a tax payment, etc?<\/p>\n<p>No worries, you can simply indicate this when you click on &#8220;validate&#8221; \u27a1\ufe0f &#8220;There is no document for this.&#8221; \u27a1\ufe0f &#8220;Delete proposed expense&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left font-inter\">If you have any other question shoot in the chat!
