Each seat allows one team member to work on your clients&#8217; files.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_6f084a675d\">Add a new seat<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\ud83d\udce5 <b>Go to your firm dashboard<\/b><br \/> Log into your Accountable for Accountants account and navigate to the main dashboard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\u2699\ufe0f <b>Access seat management<\/b><br \/> Click on &#8220;Team&#8221; or &#8220;Manage seats&#8221; in your dashboard menu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\u2795 <b>Add a new seat<\/b><br \/> Click &#8220;Add seat&#8221; and enter the email address of the team member you want to invite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\ud83d\udce4 <b>Send the invitation<\/b><br \/> Click &#8220;Send invitation&#8221; to email the access details to your team member.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_87eda166a8\">Manage existing seats<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">You can view all active seats in the Team section of your dashboard. From here, you can:<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>View seat status:<\/b> See which seats are active, pending, or inactive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Resend invitations:<\/b> Send invitation emails again if needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Remove seats:<\/b> Deactivate seats that are no longer needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\"><b>Change permissions:<\/b> Adjust what each team member can access<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_dbd995ed55\">Seat billing and limits<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Each seat is billed monthly based on your subscription plan. You can add or remove seats at any time, and billing will be prorated accordingly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">The number of seats available depends on your current plan. If you need more seats than your plan allows, you&#8217;ll need to upgrade your subscription.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Need help?
