What is Peppol ?<\/h1>\n

Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line) is a standardized network for the secure exchange of electronic documents, such as invoices, between businesses and public administrations in Europe. It simplifies and standardizes the e-invoicing process, facilitating B2B and B2G (Business to government) exchanges, particularly for cross-border transactions.<\/p>\n

How to Use Peppol with Accountable<\/h1>\n

With Accountable, you can easily send your invoices via Peppol. Here are the steps to follow to use this feature:<\/p>\n

1. Register on the Peppol system<\/h2>\n

Before sending invoices via Peppol, it is essential to register on the Peppol network. This will allow you to receive a unique Peppol ID, which is necessary for sending and receiving documents through this system.<\/p>\n

Typically, this registration is done through an accredited Peppol service provider.<\/p>\n

\n

If you are already registered on the Peppol system, you do not need to register again.<\/p>\n

In the Accountable app, you have the option to register through the Settings<\/b> as well as from the invoice sending feature (under Revenue)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    Click on Create an invoice<\/b> to start creating your invoice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    When you are ready to send the invoice, click on Save and prepare to send<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Activate sending via Peppol by clicking on the corresponding button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/b> Make sure that your client is also registered on the Peppol network. Otherwise, they will not be able to receive the invoice via this channel.<\/p>\n

    3. Check that the invoice has been sent via Peppol<\/h2>\n

    Once your invoice has been sent, you can check its status directly in your Accountable application. If it has been sent successfully via Peppol, this will be indicated in the invoice history.<\/p>\n

    Managing Peppol settings in Accountable<\/h1>\n

    Check your registration details<\/h2>\n

    In your Settings, you can check the information provided when you registered with Peppol.<\/p>\n

    Unsubscribe from the Peppol network<\/h2>\n

    If you no longer need to use Peppol to send your invoices, you can unsubscribe from the network from your Accountable settings. Unsubscription is immediate, but make sure you don’t have any pending invoices before proceeding.<\/p>\n

    Re-registration in the event of data changes<\/h2>\n

    If you change any key information (such as your company name or VAT number) after registering with Peppol, you must unsubscribe and re-register with the network.<\/p>\n
