{"id":31366,"date":"2026-08-21T14:24:19","date_gmt":"2026-08-21T12:24:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/help-center\/add-expenses-from-anywhere-but-your-phone\/"},"modified":"2026-08-24T17:26:31","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T15:26:31","slug":"add-expenses-from-anywhere-but-your-phone","status":"publish","type":"help_center","link":"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/en-be\/help-center\/add-expenses-from-anywhere-but-your-phone\/","title":{"rendered":"Add expenses from anywhere but your phone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">No worries, we got you covered. \ud83d\udc4d<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"try-out-our-newly-launched-dropzone\">Upload documents from the web version<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">When logging on our <a href=\"https:\/\/web.accountable.eu\/customer\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link font-inter\">web version<\/a>, from the Expenses tab, click &#8220;Add Expense&#8221; and simply drag and drop your documents (in .PDF or image format) in the screen in order to add them in the app. The only thing you&#8217;ll need to do is validate them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"send-your-receipts-attached-to-an-email\">Send your receipts attached to an email<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">You can simply send a PDF file to <a href=\"mailto:expense@accountable.eu\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link font-inter\">expense@accountable.eu.<\/a> You can attach as many documents as you want in the same email and your expenses will appear in a few minutes in revenue screen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">To make sure that any information pre-filled by our character recognition is correct, you will still need to validate them in the app.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Please note that you currently must do this from the same email address that you used to sign-up (this is how we know it\u2019s you).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"we-can-also-get-documents-from-your-dropbox-or-drive-folders\">We can also get documents from your Dropbox or Drive folders<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">You can import a PDF from any cloud service by selecting the \u201cUpload PDF\u2019 option which you see when clicking the + icon in the revenue screen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Your iPhone may require you to activate access to your cloud services. For this, follow Browse \u27a1\ufe0f Locations \u27a1\ufe0f \u00a0Edit and activate Dropbox or whichever service you want to upload from.<\/p>\n<p>Need support?
