{"id":31384,"date":"2026-08-21T14:24:22","date_gmt":"2026-08-21T12:24:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/help-center\/how-do-i-order-the-new-aldo-card\/"},"modified":"2026-08-24T17:26:38","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T15:26:38","slug":"how-do-i-order-the-new-aldo-card","status":"publish","type":"help_center","link":"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/en-be\/help-center\/how-do-i-order-the-new-aldo-card\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I order the new Aldo Card?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Here you can find out step by step how to get it \u2013 depending on whether you already have a card or not. <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_070b78fba0\">If you already have a virtual or physical card:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Before you can order the new Aldo card, you have to deactivate your current virtual card \u2013 with that, you automatically deactivate your current physical card.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Bank settings \u2192 Card settings \u2192 Deactivate virtual card<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Only after deactivation can you create a new card with the Aldo design.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\ud83d\udca1Important: Since you are also replacing your current card, you must change your card details everywhere you have stored them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_7abcbcc4ec\">If you don&#8217;t have a card yet:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">1. First, create a virtual card: <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">To do this, go to your bank settings \u2192 Card settings \u2192 Activate virtual card. Here you can choose your favorite card design. Both the purple Aldo design and the classic black card are available here.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">2. Only then can you order the physical card:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Free for MAX users<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">For all other subscribers, the physical card costs a one-time fee of \u20ac7.50<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\ud83d\udca1Important:<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">You cannot order a physical card without a virtual card!<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Any questions?
