1. Inviting clients yourself<\/h2>\n

If you want to invite your client first, you can do this easily by clicking “Add your clients to Accountable.” Enter their email address and send the invitation.<\/p>\n

2. Removing clients<\/h2>\n

If you want to remove a client or revoke access to their account, simply click the three dots and select Remove access<\/b>.<\/p>\n

3. Registering a client for Peppol<\/h2>\n

Step-by-step guide to registering a client for Peppol via Accountable, so your client’s business is fully set up to handle Peppol invoicing and e-document exchange.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Log in to accountants.accountable.eu \ud83d\udd11<\/b><\/h3>\n

Start by logging into the platform. Once logged in, you have two ways to start the registration process:<\/p>\n

    Option 1:<\/b> Click the notification to go directly to the Peppol overview.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Option 2:<\/b> Click your name in the top right, then select Settings to view an overview of your client’s Peppol registration status.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Step 2: Check the Peppol overview \ud83d\udd0d<\/b><\/p>\n

      Click Peppol Overview<\/b> to see which of your clients are not yet registered on Peppol. If your client isn’t registered yet, simply click Register<\/b> next to their name.<\/p>\n

      Step 3: Complete the accountant verification \u2705<\/b><\/p>\n

      Before registering a client, you need to complete your own accountant verification:<\/p>\n

      1. Enter your ITAA number in the field provided.<\/p>\n

      \n

      2. Click on Simply add your documents to this email template to proceed, or send an email to the dedicated email address with the required documents attached.<\/p>\n

      Step 4: Add the required documents \ud83d\udcce<\/b><\/p>\n

      After clicking the link, you’ll be redirected to your email app with a pre-filled template. You only need to attach the required documents and send them to the specified email address.<\/p>\n

      Step 5: Wait for approval \u23f3<\/b><\/p>\n

      Once the documents have been submitted, we’ll review them and approve your request. \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n

      Step 6: You can now register clients for Peppol<\/b><\/p>\n

      Double-check all information before submitting.<\/p>\n

      Step 7: The client receives a notification \ud83d\udcf2<\/b><\/p>\n

      Once registration is complete, your client receives a notification on their home screen in the Accountable app. The client can confirm the registration or opt out if they prefer.<\/p>\n
