\ud83d\udca1 What to know before switching plans<\/b><\/h2>\n

Good news: if you pay through our payment platform (Stripe), you can switch plans directly, no need to cancel first.<\/p>\n

\n

The amount due immediately when you switch depends on your situation, it can be prorated. The confirmation screen always shows the details before you confirm.<\/p>\n

\n

Not sure which plan fits you? Check our plan comparison guide<\/a> first, to make sure the new plan covers your needs (number of connected bank accounts, access to a tax coach, etc.).<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc49 How to switch (via the website)<\/b><\/h2>\n

This feature is currently only available via web.accountable.eu, not yet in the mobile app:<\/p>\n

    Click your profile icon at the bottom left, then “Manage my subscription”.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    On the next screen, click “Manage my subscription” again.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    In the window that opens, choose “Change to another plan”.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Click “Update subscription”.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    You’ll land on the Stripe portal “Update your subscription”: pick the plan you want, click “Select” and then “Continue”.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Check the summary (new amount, next charge date, amount due today) and click “Subscribe and pay”.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u2699\ufe0f Via the mobile app or a Google Play \/ App Store subscription<\/b><\/h2>\n

    If you subscribed through the Google Play Store or the App Store, you can also switch plans directly through that platform. For more flexibility, though, it’s easier to do it via our website.<\/p>\n
