With the Accountable mobile app, you can generate a QR code containing your bank details so your clients can pay you instantly. These QR codes are automatically linked to your accounting, saving you time. Whether you’re invoicing or receiving non-invoice payments, this feature simplifies the process. Here’s how to generate and use a QR code for quick payments.<\/p>\n

A) How to generate a QR code from the Bank screen?<\/h1>\n

    Open the Accountable mobile app<\/b> and go to the Bank<\/b> screen.<\/p>\n

    Tap on Get paid by QR code<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    Select the target bank account<\/b> where you want to receive the payment, or manually enter your IBAN<\/b> if needed.<\/p>\n

    In the Payment Info<\/b> form, enter the Amount<\/b> you want to receive and any Communication<\/b> (such as a reference note for the payment).<\/p>\n

    Accountable automatically generates a QR code<\/b> containing the payment details.<\/p>\n

    Ask your client to scan the QR code<\/b> using their banking app (on their smartphone) to pay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Once the payment is made, Accountable notifies you that the payment is on its way.<\/p>\n

    Once the payment is successfully received, Accountable displays “Payment received”<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    You then have the option to either close the screen<\/b> or add this payment as non-invoice revenue<\/b> by tapping “Add as non-invoice revenue”<\/b>.<\/p>\n
