The purchase invoice <b>automatically appears in your expenses list<\/b> on mobile and web. You can recognise it by the <b>small Peppol icon<\/b> shown next to the expense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">When you open this expense <b>for the first time on mobile<\/b>, Accountable asks whether you want to <b>create a new expense<\/b>. The structured XML file is legally sufficient.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\u200b<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Some software providers (such as Accountable) automatically include a PDF version alongside the Peppol invoice. This is not the case for all providers, however.
