Accountable supports mixed costs \u2705<\/h1>\n

If an expense covers both professional and private use, you can record it as a mixed cost in Accountable. The process is straightforward: you create the expense, attach the proof, and then set the professional percentage. Accountable handles the deductibility calculations automatically.<\/p>\n

Enter the percentage of the amount that relates to your professional activity.<\/p>\n

You do not need to calculate deductibility rates for VAT or income taxes yourself. Accountable computes everything in the background based on the expense category.<\/p>\n

The same logic applies to complementary self-employed workers: Accountable applies the activity rate (for example, the number of days you work per week as self-employed) after you set the professional percentage for the individual expense.<\/p>\n
