Take a photo and Accountable extracts the key details to create the expense.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\u200b<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_a4c5c73869\">What information does Accountable extract from the scan?<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Accountable extracts the date, the merchant, and the relevant amounts (such as the total and the VAT). Based on that information, it also suggests the right accounting category. If no category is suggested, Accountable could not identify the type of expense from the receipt, and you will need to choose a category manually. Always review the details before saving the expense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\u200b<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_091ae9a9fb\">Can I scan multiple pages for one expense?<\/h1>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Yes.
