Yes, Accountable supports cash expenses. Even without a bank transaction, you can record any cash expense in just a few steps.<\/p>\n

How do I add an expense paid in cash?<\/h1>\n

1. Add the expense and upload the receipt<\/b><\/h2>\n

Tap the “+” button on the Expenses<\/i> screen (or directly from your Bank Account<\/i> screen) and scan your receipt or upload your invoice. Double-check the details as you normally would.<\/p>\n

2. Click on “Link bank payments”<\/b><\/h2>\n

Scroll down and tap Link bank payment<\/i>, then choose ‘cash’<\/b> at the top where it asks “How was this expense paid?” You’re done.<\/p>\n
