However, you can already make the switch and start sending and receiving electronic invoices.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To receive e-invoices via Peppol now, both you and your supplier must be registered on the Peppol network, and your invoicing software or tool must support Peppol.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Receive Peppol invoices in Accountable<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With Accountable, activating Peppol only takes a few steps, and you&#8217;ll be ready to receive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/en-be\/blog\/e-invoicing\/\">e-invoices<\/a> automatically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Log in via the website or the app.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Go to Settings and select Peppol (e-invoicing).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Follow the steps to complete your Peppol registration.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"464\" src=\"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PEPPOL-registration-1024x464.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18714\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PEPPOL-registration-1024x464.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PEPPOL-registration-323x147.jpg 323w, https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PEPPOL-registration-768x348.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PEPPOL-registration-1536x697.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/PEPPOL-registration-2048x929.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Once the status shows as &#8220;active&#8221;, you&#8217;re ready to send and receive e-invoices.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that Peppol is linked to your Accountable account, you&#8217;ll automatically receive e-invoices in the \u2018Expenses\u2019 tab.
