Cela signifie que, en tant que fournisseur, vous ne facturez pas la TVA du pays o\u00f9 vous \u00eates bas\u00e9 \u00e0 vos clients au sein de l&rsquo;UE et, en tant que client, vous ne devez pas de TVA \u00e0 l\u2019administration du pays o\u00f9 est bas\u00e9 votre fournisseur. <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Concr\u00e8tement, lorsque vous cr\u00e9ez une facture sous le r\u00e9gime intracommunautaire pour votre client, vous y indiquez son num\u00e9ro de TVA intracommunautaire et vous lui facturez des biens et\/ou services montant hors TVA. Dans  \u00ab\u00a0Pourquoi il n&rsquo;y a-t-il pas de TVA sur cette facture ?  \u00ab\u00a0, l\u2019app mettra automatiquement  \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9gime intracommunautaire
