Peppol in een notendop<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) is een beveiligd netwerk dat bedrijven toelaat om gestructureerde e-facturen in een standaardformaat te versturen en te ontvangen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">In Belgi\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Peppol was al verplicht voor facturen aan overheidsinstanties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Sinds januari 2026 is Peppol ook verplicht voor B2B-facturen tussen Belgische ondernemingen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Peppol is <b>geen e-mail of PDF<\/b>: het gaat om een <b>machineleesbaar document<\/b>, verstuurd via een erkend toegangspunt. Peppol zorgt voor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Juridische conformiteit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Snellere verwerking<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Minder fouten en misverstanden<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"h_fcc6ab6adb\">2. Hoe Peppol activeren in Accountable<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Accountable is een <b>erkend Peppol-toegangspunt<\/b>, wat betekent dat je rechtstreeks vanuit de app Peppol-facturen kunt verzenden en ontvangen, zonder extra tools.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Je moet hiervoor wel enkele stappen volgen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Verifieer je identiteit<\/b> en bevestig je bedrijfsgegevens. Ge\u00efmporteerde facturen verzenden via Peppol<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Als je al facturen in PDF-formaat hebt, kan je deze ook importeren in Accountable en via Peppol versturen. Zo werkt het:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Ga in je Accountable-app naar <b>Inkomsten<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Klik op <b>Factuur importeren<\/b> om je eigen factuurbestand (PDF) toe te voegen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Vul de vereiste gegevens in (klant, bedragen, factuurdatum, enz.) en markeer de factuur als <b>\u201cNiet verzonden\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Wanneer je klaar bent, kies <b>\u201cOpslaan en voorbereiden om te verzenden\u201d<\/b> en zorg ervoor dat <b>\u201cVerzend de factuur via Peppol\u201d<\/b> is geselecteerd.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Controleer dat je klant geregistreerd is op het Peppol-netwerk, anders werkt de Peppol-optie niet.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Op die manier kan je je bestaande facturen blijven gebruiken, ook als ze niet in Accountable gemaakt zijn, en toch profiteren van verzending via Peppol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\ud83d\udc49 Meer details <a href=\"https:\/\/help.accountable.eu\/nl\/articles\/12333143-versturen-van-geimporteerde-facturen-via-peppol\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<h2 id=\"h_88144310a7\">4. Een factuur ontvangen via Peppol<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Na je registratie kun je ook e-facturen ontvangen van leveranciers die Peppol gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Zo werkt het in Accountable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">De leverancier stuurt zijn factuur via het Peppol-netwerk naar jouw ondernemingsnummer<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">De factuur komt automatisch terecht in Accountable en wordt toegevoegd aan je uitgaven<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Je herkent ze aan het kleine Peppol-logo en krijgt ook een melding per e-mail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Je hoeft dus geen e-mails meer door te sturen of pdf\u2019s te scannen.
