Dit betekent dat je als leverancier geen btw van jouw land in rekening brengt aan je klanten binnen de EU en dat jijzelf als klant geen btw verschuldigd bent aan de overheid van het land waar je leverancier is gevestigd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Concreet betekent dit wanneer je een factuur maakt onder de verleggingsregeling voor je klant, geef je zijn btw-nummer op en breng je hem goederen en\/of diensten exclusief btw in rekening. Je kunt de geldigheid van het btw-nummer van je klant controleren in de <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/taxation_customs\/vies\/#\/vat-validation\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">VIES<\/a>-tool van de Europese Unie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Al je klanten met een intracommunautair btw-nummer kun je terugvinden in je intracommunautaire listing die je elk kwartaal met je btw-aangifte indient. <\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<h1 id=\"h_98707171a3\"><b>Hoe werkt het in Accountable?<\/b><\/h1>\n<h3 voor een klant uit een land van de Europese Unie, zal Accountable automatisch &#8220;0%&#8221; bij btw zetten. <br \/>Bij &#8220;Waarom staat er geen btw op dit item?&#8221; zet de app automatisch in je btw-aangifte het bedrag van je <b>intra-EU verlegging op diensten <\/b>(rooster 44), <b>intra-EU verlegging op levering van goederen<\/b> (rooster 46) en je <b>creditnota&#8217;s voor intra-EU
