Voor je contact opneemt met support, kan je eerst de historiek van de factuur controleren om te zien of de verzending correct is verlopen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">\n<h2 class=\"font-degular\" id=\"h_a7b415f39e\">Waarom de factuurhistoriek controleren?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">De historiek nakijken is de snelste manier om te weten of je factuur effectief werd verzonden. In de historiek zie je onder andere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Wanneer de factuur werd aangemaakt<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-inter\">\n<p met het factuurnummer en de gegevens van je klant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"no-margin font-inter\">Als de factuur niet werd verzonden of een fout bevat, kan je ze later opnieuw via Peppol versturen.
