U kunt e-mailherinneringen instellen voor te laat betaalde facturen. Bezoek de Instellingenpagina en kies ‘Factuurherinneringen’ om dit te activeren. <\/p>\n

1- Handmatige herinnering
<\/h1>\n

Op de Inkomstenpagina vind je een snelactieknop “Herinnering versturen” door met de muis over een verzonden maar niet betaalde factuur te bewegen.<\/p>\n

Dit stelt je in staat om een herinneringsmail te versturen waarvan je de inhoud kunt aanpassen.<\/p>\n

2- Automatische herinnering<\/h1>\n

U kunt zelf bepalen na hoeveel dagen na de vervaldatum van een factuur de herinnering verstuurd moet worden. Ook kunt u meerdere herinneringen instellen. P

as bovendien het e-mailsjabloon naar wens aan en voeg variabelen zoals het factuurnummer, de naam van de klant, het factuurbedrag, en de vervaldatum toe om uw communicatie te personaliseren.<\/p>\n
