Maar heb je geen idee wat de betekenis daarvan is of waarom je klant zo\u2019n factuur vraagt? Geen probleem. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\"><strong>Een proforma invoice is een soort <strong>voorlopige factuur<\/strong>. Het geeft je klant een <strong>gedetailleerd overzicht van de te leveren goederen en\/of diensten<\/strong>. Meestal stel je dit op nadat een offerte is goedgekeurd maar voor je aan de slag gaat.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wat-is-het-verschil-tussen-een-proforma-factuur-en-een-gewone-factuur\" class=\"wp-block-heading font-degular scroll-mt-32\">Wat is het verschil tussen een proforma factuur en een gewone factuur?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\"><strong>Een proforma invoicer lijkt sterk op een gewone factuur<\/strong>, maar er is een <strong>belangrijk verschil<\/strong>: een proforma factuur is <strong>niet<\/strong> <strong>rechtsgeldig<\/strong> terwijl een gewone factuur dat natuurlijk wel is.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">Dit betekent dat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list list-disc list-outside ml-0 mb-4 space-y-2\">\n<li class=\"font-inter text-base text-black\">er<strong> geen factuurnummer<\/strong> op moet staan,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"font-inter text-base text-black\">de klant <strong>niet verplicht is om de factuur te betalen<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"font-inter text-base text-black\">je de factuur <strong>niet kan inboeken<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"font-inter text-base text-black\">je \u201c<strong>pro forma\u201d moet vermelden<\/strong> op de factuur.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">Daarnaast raden we aan om te vermelden wanneer de pro forma factuur aangevraagd werd, wanneer ze opgemaakt is en tot wanneer de voorwaarden geldig zijn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"proforma-factuur-voorbeeld\" class=\"wp-block-heading font-degular scroll-mt-32\">Proforma factuur voorbeeld<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"603\" src=\"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Pro-forma-factuur-1024x603.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8315 rounded-lg max-w-full h-auto my-6\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Pro-forma-factuur-1024x603.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Pro-forma-factuur-323x190.png 323w, https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Pro-forma-factuur-768x452.png 768w, https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Pro-forma-factuur-1536x904.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.accountable.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Pro-forma-factuur-2048x1206.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"maak-je-een-pro-forma-factuur-met-of-zonder-btw\" class=\"wp-block-heading font-degular scroll-mt-32\">Maak je een pro forma factuur met of zonder btw?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">Men denkt soms dat het niet nodig is om btw te vermelden op een proforma invoice omdat deze niet rechtsgeldig is. Je moet de btw namelijk niet \u00e9cht vorderen en de klant kan ze ook niet recupereren.<br><br>Toch raden we aan om <strong>de btw wel te vermelden want zo geef je volledige en correcte informatie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"is-een-pro-forma-factuur-een-voorschotfactuur\" class=\"wp-block-heading font-degular scroll-mt-32\">Is een pro forma factuur een voorschotfactuur?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">Er wordt ook vaak onterecht gedacht dat een pro forma factuur een voorschotfactuur is. Hoewel je beide facturen stuurt voordat je aan de opdracht begint, is er een belangrijk verschil tussen beide. <strong>Een proforma factuur is, zoals gezegd, niet rechtsgeldig terwijl een voorschotfactuur dat wel is<\/strong>.<br><br>Als een klant je betaalt op basis van een pro forma factuur kan je die betaling niet inboeken. Als je zelf een leverancier zou betalen op basis van een pro forma factuur dan heb je ook een probleem. Je zal namelijk de betaalde btw niet kunnen recupereren.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"waarom-een-pro-forma-factuur-versturen\" class=\"wp-block-heading font-degular scroll-mt-32\">Waarom een pro forma factuur versturen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">Als een pro forma factuur niet rechtsgeldig is, waarom zou je er dan toch een maken en versturen? Omdat er enkele situaties zijn waarin een pro forma factuur wel nuttig is.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">\ud83d\udccb Wanneer een buitenlandse klant jouw goederen wil <strong>importeren<\/strong>, kan een pro forma factuur helpen om <strong>vergunningen, transportverzekeringen en douaneformaliteiten in orde te brengen<\/strong>. Het document toont namelijk aan wat de klant zal importeren en tegen welke prijs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">\ud83c\udff7\ufe0f Daarnaast kan een proforma factuur interessant zijn om <strong>prijzen mee te delen<\/strong> wanneer een klant nog niet zeker is van de gewenste aantallen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">\ud83c\udfe6 Ook wanneer je klant <strong>financiering<\/strong> wil aanvragen bij de bank, kan zo\u2019n factuur helpen om het dossier completer te maken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">\ud83d\ude9a Verder is het nuttig om een pro forma factuur te maken voor <strong>zendingen waarvoor geen betaling vereist is<\/strong>. (Denk aan garantieleveringen of productstalen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-inter text-base leading-relaxed mb-4 first-of-type:mt-0 text-black\">\ud83d\udec3 Ten slotte is het in sommige landen gewoon <strong>verplicht<\/strong> om met een pro forma factuur te werken.
