Ben je al overgestapt op e-facturatie en wil je graag je betaalverzoeken van je sociaal verzekeringsfonds (Liantis, Securex, Partena Professional…) als e-facturen ontvangen? Dan hebben we goed en slecht nieuws.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het slechte<\/em> nieuws is dat je sociaal verzekeringsfonds geen e-facturen zal versturen om de simpele reden dat ze niet verplicht zijn om met PEPPOL te werken. Daarnaast zijn de betaalverzoeken voor je sociale bijdrage geen echte facturen, maar aanrekeningen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het goede<\/em> nieuws is dat er in de praktijk dus niets verandert bij het betalen van je sociale bijdragen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waarom kan je je sociale bijdragen niet als e-facturen ontvangen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We geven het toe: het zou handig zijn om elk kwartaal je sociale bijdragen automatisch als e-facturen in je boekhoudsoftware te ontvangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maar een sociaal verzekeringsfonds<\/a> zoals bijvoorbeeld Acerta, Securex, Liantis, Partena Professional of Xerius is helemaal niet verplicht om met PEPPOL te werken vanaf 01\/01\/2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daarnaast zijn de betaalverzoeken voor je kwartaalbijdragen geen echte facturen<\/strong>, maar betaalverzoeken of aanrekeningen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In de praktijk zal er dus niets veranderen bij het ontvangen van de aanrekeningen van je sociaal verzekeringsfonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat moet ik doen om e-facturen te ontvangen van leveranciers?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ok\u00e9, dus je sociale bijdragen zal je niet als e-facturen ontvangen. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maar om facturen van andere leveranciers te ontvangen als e-facturen, heb je facturatie- of boekhoudsoftware nodig \u00e9n moet je je registreren bij PEPPOL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die registratie is overigens gratis en gebeurt in slechts 2 minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Via Accountable doe je het zo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in via de website of app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open het menu en kies \u201cinstellingen\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Selecteer Peppol (e-facturatie).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Start de registratie en volg de stappen om je identiteit te verifi\u00ebren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. We brengen je registratie in orde. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Het kan enkele minuten duren voor jouw activatie in orde is. Ben je niet zeker of het gelukt is?
    Hier ga je eenvoudig na of jouw bedrijf geregistreerd is voor PEPPOL<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    En nu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Wanneer je registratie in orde is, ontvang je automatisch e-facturen van je leveranciers die e-facturatie ondersteunen. Je facturen verschijnen dan automatisch in het kostenscherm in Accountable. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Daarnaast moet je vanaf nu zelf ook e-facturen versturen naar al je Belgische btw-plichtige klanten. Lees hier alles over e-facturatie en hoe je e-facturen moet versturen.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
