Als zakelijke klant zou het dan makkelijk zijn om vanaf nu ook facturen voor water, gas en elektriciteit als e-facturen te ontvangen. In dit artikel lees je hoe je jouw waterfactuur van De Watergroep voortaan als e-facuur via het Peppol-netwerk ontvangt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat moet je doen om je waterfactuur als e-factuur te ontvangen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zakelijke klanten van De Watergroep moeten via de website een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dewatergroep.be\/nl-be\/drinkwater\/documenten-digitaal-ontvangen\/efacturatie\">formulier<\/a> invullen om e-facturatie te activeren. Na invullen van het formulier ontvang je elke maand je waterfactuur als e-factuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let op, om je waterfactuur voortaan als e-factuur te ontvangen, moet je je gratis registreren bij het Peppol-netwerk. <a href=\"#peppol-registratie\">Dit doe je zo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is e-facturatie en Peppol?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>E-facturatie staat niet gelijk aan digitale facturatie, zoals bijvoorbeeld een PDF of ingescande factuur. Een e-factuur is een specifiek XML-bestand dat in een UBL-formaat via het <a href=\"https:\/\/efactuur.belgium.be\/nl\/article\/alles-wat-u-moet-weten-over-peppol\">Peppol-netwerk<\/a> wordt verstuurd. Dankzij deze UBL-normen staat alle nodige informatie op de factuur en kan een boekhoud- of facturatiesoftware, zoals bijvoorbeeld Accountable, de factuur lezen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1<strong>Accountable tip:<\/strong> Met Accountable kan je je al gratis registeren bij Peppol om alvast e-facturen te ontvangen en verzenden via onze app. En dat voor alle Belgische zelfstandigen, ook in de gratis versie. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.accountable.eu\/signup\">Probeer Accountable nu<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"peppol-registratie\">Hoe kan ik mij registeren bij Peppol?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om e-facturen te ontvangen van De Watergroep of andere leveranciers, heb je een <strong>geschikte facturatie- of boekhoudsoftware nodig<\/strong>. Daarna kan je je via deze facturatiesoftware helemaal gratis registreren bij Peppol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bij Accountable doe je het zo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log je in via de website of app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open het menu en kies \u201cinstellingen\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecteer Peppol (e-facturatie).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meld je aan om e-facturen te ontvangen via het Peppol-netwerk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Het kan enkele minuten duren voordat je registratie helemaal in orde is. Niet zeker of het gelukt is?
