Schijnzelfstandigheid staat hoog op de politieke agenda in Belgi\u00eb, maar de discussie mist volgens Nicolas Quarr\u00e9, CEO van Accountable, een cruciale eerste stap: een duidelijke definitie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zolang er geen eenduidige omschrijving is van wat schijnzelfstandigheid precies inhoudt, is effectieve handhaving onmogelijk. Quarr\u00e9 pleit dan ook voor een heldere afbakening v\u00f3\u00f3r er sancties worden opgelegd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Te veel echte zelfstandigen, freelancers die bewust voor hun statuut gekozen hebben, riskeren anders onterecht in het vizier te komen. De aanpak van misbruik is noodzakelijk, maar mag de groeiende groep authentieke zelfstandigen in Belgi\u00eb niet treffen.<\/p>\n\n\n \n
