Vincent Meesters

Certified Tax Advisor & CEO of Meesters Accountants

Vincent Meesters is a business economist with a passion for economics, taxation, and entrepreneurship. He first graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, specialising in Accountancy and Taxation. He then obtained a Master’s degree in Business Economics and completed a postgraduate program in Tax Law at the renowned Fiscale Hogeschool. He is now also a certified tax accountant and corporate judge.

Outside of work, Vincent is a passionate car enthusiast. His heart beats faster for Porsches and classic cars. On weekends, you’ll often find him at the racetrack or on a road trip through countries like Albania, Bulgaria, or Georgia, often accompanied by a group of fellow entrepreneurs. At home, he enjoys peace and quiet, his outdoor cats Willy and Chris (named after his father) and a good dose of humor.

That same humor, combined with a strong entrepreneurial drive, also defines him professionally. Vincent is the CEO of Meesters Accountants and serves as CFO in two other companies.

With ondernemingoprichten.be, he helps new entrepreneurs lay the foundation for a strong and well-considered business structure. In 2016, Vincent became a managing partner at Meesters Accountants, which at the time had just four employees and one office. Today, the firm has grown to forty fantastic team members, spread across four locations in the beautiful Belgian Kempen region.

His expertise in economics and taxation makes him particularly strong in complex corporate structures, international matters, and corporate taxation. His motto?
“First maximize the economic model, then optimize fiscally.” Tax rules are important, but they only come into play after your business has been economically solidified.
