You'll probably want to access your data outside the app: sharing with your trusted accountant, running some personal analyses on Google Sheets, use-cases are legion. So, we built the export function to make it work for you.
Go to the menu and click on 'More > Export your data'.
Select the period to export and attach the PDFs if you wish. You will receive a Zip file in your downloads.
Go to the menu and click on ' Data export'.
Select the PDSs you want to export as well as the period. You will receive a Zip file via Email.
Our export, formatted as an .xlsx file, includes:
All your bank transactions on your professional bank account
All your sales invoices, with images attached
All your receipts & purchase invoices, including images attached
The list of your clients & suppliers
BWA
EÜR
Excel
Original documents
DATEV
PDF export
Assets and amortisation table
Yes, definitely, the export contains all the data needed to do your accounting.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
