⚠️ Important: Deleting the app or asking us to delete your account does not cancel your subscription. You need to cancel it manually to stop future payments.
🖥️ If you subscribed through the Accountable website
Go to Accountable Web
Click your profile icon at the bottom left of the screen
Select “Manage my subscription”
Click “Cancel plan” next to your current subscription
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Google Account.
Tap Menu → Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the steps on the screen to confirm.
Open the App Store.
Tap the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
Tap View Information at the top (you might be asked to sign in).
Scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Manage.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap Edit.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see this option, your subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
