Here you can find out step by step how to get it – depending on whether you already have a card or not.
Before you can order the new Aldo card, you have to deactivate your current virtual card – with that, you automatically deactivate your current physical card.
Here's how:
Bank settings → Card settings → Deactivate virtual card
Only after deactivation can you create a new card with the Aldo design.
💡Important: Since you are also replacing your current card, you must change your card details everywhere you have stored them.
1. First, create a virtual card:
To do this, go to your bank settings → Card settings → Activate virtual card. Here you can choose your favorite card design. Both the purple Aldo design and the classic black card are available here.
2. Only then can you order the physical card:
Free for MAX users
For all other subscribers, the physical card costs a one-time fee of €7.50
💡Important:
You cannot order a physical card without a virtual card!

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
