Users who activated before 12.08.2026 will automatically switch over to the new pricing on the 10.10.2026
‼️ Users who activated Tap To Pay after 12.08.2026: European Economic Area-issued Visa & Mastercard (consumer cards) 1.35% of the transaction amount (excluding VAT)
These are the everyday Visa and Mastercard cards issued to individuals within the EEA, the cards your customers tap with day to day.
In rarer cases, a higher fee of 2,6% + 0.20€ (excluding VAT) applies. This is the case for:
consumer cards issued outside the EEA
commercial cards (business credit or debit cards), whether issued inside or outside the EEA
In short: whenever the card isn't a standard European consumer card, the €0.20 + 2.6% rate applies.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
