Whether it’s for your bookkeeping, tax advisor, or just your own records: With Accountable Banking, you can easily download your account statements as PDF files. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
You’ll need:
An active Accountable Banking business account
Access to the web version of Accountable (exports are currently only available there)
Click on “Bank” in the menu.
You’ll see an overview of all your connected accounts. Select your Accountable Banking business account.
In the top right corner, click on the “Export” button to open the export options.
Choose the month for which you need your account statement. You can export one full month at a time as a PDF.
Click on “Download” > your account statement will now be saved as a PDF file.
Click on “Bank” in the menu.
You’ll see an overview of all your connected accounts. Select your Accountable Banking business account.
In the bootom right corner, click on the Plus button to open the exportAccount statements options.
Choose the month for which you need your account statement. You can export one full month or a custom time as a PDF.
Click on the Download button > your account statement will now be saved as a PDF file.
Please note that this account statement is only available for your Accountable Banking business account.
For external bank accounts you've linked to Accountable, you’ll need to download the statements directly from the respective bank.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
