If you’re registered with Peppol via another access point, your sales and purchase invoices may not be automatically landing in your Accountable app. Since Peppol only allows one access point for sending and receiving invoices, you'll need to unregister from your current provider and then register with Accountable.

Follow these steps to switch your Peppol registration to Accountable and ensure your invoices are handled directly in your Accountable app.

If you don't know, identify your current Peppol access point

Search your name or VAT number on the public Peppol directory. The result will let you know the Peppol access point currently active. See the example below:

For more accurate details, you can use our own Peppol registery, more up to date than the Peppol Registery ⏬

Step 1: Unregister from your current Peppol access point

To complete the process, you’ll need to unregister your current Peppol access point. Reach out to your current provider directly to initiate the unregistration. Below, we've listed some of the most common Peppol access points and how to contact them.

If you are unable to find the contact information for your current provider, please check their website or reach out to their customer support for guidance.

Step 2: Register with Accountable

Once you've unregistered from your current provider, you can easily register with Accountable in just a few simple steps:

  1. Go to SettingsPeppol in your Accountable app.

  2. Click Start registration.

  3. Complete the form and click Save.

  4. Scan your ID document (both sides) and take a selfie.

  5. Wait for your status to change to Active in the app. Once active, you’re ready to send and receive invoices directly in Accountable!

Read our dedicated article for detailed information.

What happens to invoices received through your previous access point?

When you switch your Peppol access point to Accountable, invoices you previously received through your old provider are not automatically transferred to Accountable. Each access point manages its own data independently, so your past invoices will remain with your previous provider.

To add those invoices to Accountable, you will need to import them manually. You can do this by downloading your invoices from your previous provider and importing them into Accountable.

💡 Tip: Before unregistering from your current access point, make sure to download or save any invoices you want to keep, so you can import them into Accountable afterwards.

Need Help?
If you have any questions or need assistance with the unregistration or registration process, feel free to contact our support team at support@accountable.eu

Important: We can’t handle the unsubscription with another provider on your behalf. Please contact them directly to arrange this.
